Our courses can be run from 1 to 4 days and we can take you from a novice to an advanced level with an easy to follow teaching style that can be tailored to each individuals needs.

We run open courses or Bespoke courses for those who wish to have one to one instruction.

We are a Gold level training and assessment course provider for this popular certificated awards scheme, a great way to progress through the skills. These courses are ideal for all ages and are especially good for teachers and youth group leaders.

Rope Skills For Scrambling Courses

Are you confident in mountain walking and want to try scrambling? Have wondered what type of rope skills and equipment may be needed for emergency use? Are you planning a climbing trip or expedition to the Greater Ranges where you will need some rope skills? Then come on a Rope Skills and Scrambling Course with us, We will teach you all you need to know, including how to choose safe anchors, what type of rope to use and the best length, the type of slings and carabiners you'll need and what types of knots. You will have expert tuition from qualified instructors and all technical equipment will be provided for you.

Scrambling Days

Scrambling bridges the gap between mountain walking and rock climbing and Snowdonia provides a great playground for people of all abilities to experience a different way to get to the top of a hill or mountain, there's something for everyone, so whether your a novice wanting to do your first scramble or even if your more experienced please take a look at what fun scrambling can be.

Winter Skills Courses

Our winter skills courses are aimed at those who have already got a fair amount of summer mountain walking or scrambling experience and would like to learn the skills needed to be able to safely enjoy the mountains in winter conditions.

First Aid Courses

All 1st Aid Courses are National Governing Body Recognised and as such are suitable for outdoor activity instructors as well as individuals who want a recognised 1st aid qualification.
