1 Day Climbing Taster session in Snowdonia North Wales.

£40pp including rock shoe hire and entry to a climbing wall.

This is a great way to get introduced to the sport of climbing. All equipment is provided and you will spend the day climbing inside and outside.

This is a great introduction in to the world of climbing. You will spend all day climbing, both indoors on man made climbing walls and outside on local crags.

In the morning we will go to a local climbing wall where you will learn about warming your muscles and fingers up before we learn about climbing movement skills on the training bouldering walls, these are low level climbing walls where you don't need to have a rope tied on to you, this way you can get a feel for movement on large and small climbing holds.

Once you have warmed up we will kit you out in a climbing harness and a helmet and venture on to some of the longer but easier climbs. Your confidence and climbing skills will probably be good enough now to be able to tackle one of the higher climbs.

After a lunch break we will take a short trip to a local crag where you will spend the rest of the afternoon climbing on real rock.

This fun filled day will have given you a good taster of the world of climbing and hopefully it will spur you on to joining your local climbing wall or climbing club to gain more experience, or you can come back to us for the 2 Day Beginner Rock Course.

We will provide all technical equipment and an SPA qualified instructor.

If you are under 18 years old you must have a parent or legal guardian with you. Minimum age is 12 years old.
